Booking an appointment with us require acceptance of our terms & conditions
CANCELLATIONS
A 24 h cancellation notification is required. Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or for not not turn up appointments, we charge 50% of the scheduled treatment price fee. Prepaid missed appointments are non-refundable and re-booked treatments require upfront payment in full.
LATENESS
We understand that people run late on occasion, being held up at work or in traffic, etc. Please let us know as soon as possible if that’s the case. We will do our best to move things around and still be able to see you however please be aware, that in consideration to our other clients, your treatment will finish at the original time; may have to be rescheduled to the next available time; require a full price of originally booked treatments regardless of what we manage to do in a time frame we have left. When you are running more than 15 mins late and we don’t hear anything from you, your appointment will automatically be marked as no-show and cancelled in the booking system and this slot will become available for other waiting clients. Please understand that for reasons out of our control, we may also run late so please allow extra time for your appointment.
TREATMENT MODIFYING
Shortening your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, require a full price of originally booked treatments. Please book wisely. Adding extra treatments with less than 24 hours notice will only be possible if we don’t have any other bookings arranged straight after your appointment
GIFT VOUCHERS
Please bring your purchased gift voucher printed with you on your appointment day to avoid any misunderstanding. Vouchers purchased on our website or at the venue are valid until the expiry date specified (usually 12 months). Vouchers are non-refundable and can not be redeemed or replaced after this date or exchanged to cash or products. Simply Beauty of Chiswick is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and is not obliged to replace any voucher that has been lost or stolen. Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and/or discount at Simply Beauty of Chiswick. Vouchers must be used by one person in one visit.
Gift vouchers purchased directly from the salon or through our website are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, as clearly stated on the voucher. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the voucher is used within this time frame, as no extensions will be granted beyond the expiry date.
Gift vouchers won in competitions, giveaways, or raffles organized and sponsored by Simply Beauty of Chiswick are valid for a maximum period of 3 months from the date the contest results are officially announced. These promotional vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for other services or products, and are strictly subject to availability.
OFFERS
Any offers, discounts and promotions are subject to our availability and may be changed during at any time, they also may be withdrawn at our discretion. Offers advertised on our web page are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or packages. Offers are not valid against gift voucher payments.
REFUNDS
We do not issue refunds for any purchased treatment packages, including partially used or entirely unused sessions with in such packages, regardless of the reason. Once a package is purchased, it is considered a commitment to a specific treatment plan and is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies even if none of the treatments with in the package have yet been redeemed.
All courses/packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. In exceptional cases, such as pregnancy or serious illness, the validity period may be extended up to 12 months, provided that official medical documentation is submitted and approved.
Please note that treatment packages are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other treatments, services, or products, irrespective of value or availability. No substitutions or partial exchanges are permitted.
In addition, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes for any cosmetic products, slimming garments, or other retail items purchased at the salon. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all such products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms in full.
TREATMENT DISCLEAMER
Treatments results vary according to every client’s biological conditions, diet, environmental surroundings, lifestyle and other factors therefore we are unable to guarantee the same treatment outcome results to all clients.
UNDER 18’s POLICY
Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the salon. Anyone under the age of 18 years cannot receive beauty treatments without the presence of a parent/guardian, for the entirety of the treatment. Parents/Guardians must complete a Parental Consent Form for Beauty Services on under the age of 18 years persons behalf.

We would kindly ask you to refrain from using your mobile phone in consideration of our other clients. If your battery is going down, we are happy to help you charge it, just ask one of our team members. We would kindly ask you not to bring children or babies into the treatment areas for the safety and in consideration to our other clients.
