COMPUTERIZED FACIAL SKIN ANALYSIS

Computerized skin analysis is a modern method of assessing the condition of the skin using a specialised device. A high-resolution camera and dedicated software allow for accurate diagnosis of:

  • sebum levels and tendency to oiliness,

  • elasticity and firmness,

  • depth and number of wrinkles,

  • enlarged pores,

  • visible and hidden pigmentation,

  • sun damage and photoageing,

  • skin texture and smoothness,

  • condition of blood vessels (tendency to redness),

  • presence of blackheads and acne lesions,

  • evenness of skin tone,

  • sensitivity and tendency to irritation,

  • potential future issues (e.g. areas where pigmentation or wrinkles may appear).

Thanks to this examination, it is possible to create a personalised treatment plan and home care routine, allowing optimal results to be achieved in a shorter time. The analysis is completely painless and non-invasive.

How does the analysis work?

  1. Skin preparation – the face is thoroughly cleansed of make-up and creams.

  2. Imaging – a specialised camera takes a series of photographs under different types of light (UV, polarised).

  3. Scanning and measurement – the system evaluates hydration, elasticity, pigmentation, wrinkles, texture and other parameters.

  4. Computer report – the client receives a visual report with a detailed description of the skin condition.

  5. Results discussion – the specialist explains each element of the report.

  6. Care plan – a personalised treatment programme and home care recommendations are provided.

The entire process takes only a few minutes, is painless and completely comfortable.

Indications for the analysis:

  • desire to understand the real condition and needs of the skin,

  • planning an individual home care routine,

  • selection of professional treatments,

  • excessive skin dryness,

  • overproduction of sebum, oily or combination skin,

  • acne and post-acne changes,

  • enlarged pores,

  • pigmentation and uneven skin tone,

  • signs of photoageing (sun damage),

  • wrinkles and loss of elasticity,

  • redness, rosacea, sensitive skin prone to irritation,

  • couperose skin with visible capillaries,

  • dissatisfaction with current skincare,

  • monitoring treatment progress (before-and-after comparison).

Contraindications:

  • open wounds, fresh scars or cuts,

  • active skin infections (bacterial, viral or fungal),

  • active cold sores,

  • severe inflammatory skin conditions,

  • fresh sunburn,

  • allergic skin reactions, urticaria or eczema in the acute stage,

  • recent invasive procedures (e.g. laser treatments, deep chemical peels, microneedling – a waiting period is required),

  • freshly applied permanent make-up or facial tattoo,

  • inability to remove make-up before the examination.

How to prepare?

No special preparation is required. The analysis is performed on cleansed, make-up-free skin. After the examination, you will receive your personalised skin report along with further recommendations during your visit at Simply Beauty of Chiswick.
