Face & Skin

XERF

The latest generation of non-invasive RF skin tightening, now offered at our Chiswick clinic — lifting and firming the face, jawline and neck without numbing, needles or downtime.

What is it?

New to London — structural skin tightening with dual-frequency radiofrequency.

XERF is a next-generation monopolar radiofrequency system that combines two frequencies — 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz — to deliver heat into the shallow, middle and deep layers of the skin, reaching the deeper structural layer addressed in a surgical lift. Wave Fit pulses and integrated cryogen cooling keep the surface comfortable, so treatment is typically performed without numbing cream. Real-time skin feedback, with three depth settings and ten intensity levels, allows your therapist to tailor each session precisely, while collagen remodelling continues gradually over the following weeks.

Frequently asked

Is there downtime?

Most clients return to normal activities straight away. Some flushing can occur and usually settles quickly.

Is one treatment enough?

Some enjoy a single treatment as a boost; for longer-term skin revision, a course is often suggested after consultation.

Can sensitive skin be treated?

Often, yes — the protocol is adapted. Your therapist will advise whether it is suitable for you.
